After a couple of seriously busy days...

I feel exhausted!
40 workmates from the district has been visiting us, and we have made some kind of closure for the season. Some will leave us and wont be back after this summer, and some we will see again for the Kick-Off this fall.
Last night we had a party night at Western Farm. It was a great night... nice company, very tasty food and drinks, and an surprisingly good entertainment in live music, linedance and bull riding *lol*
Must have been a sight for sore eyes... us newbees trying to lilnedance :)
Anyway, it was more fun then i thought it would be. A nice surprise in all.

Hubbys grandma died monday. She was old but had not been ill, it just happened. So this week has been a bit strange and confusing to me. This weekend hubbys mom vill stay with us and next weekend its time fo another funeral and more family visits.
Its so sad when we have to meet for funerals... I would prefere a wedding or childbirth.
But hey, its all about life after all...

The trees are turning green...

Its actually warm outside today?!
That is a bit surprising, not by looking at the date on the calendar, but it has been so cold this spring...
But now, looking out the window the trees have "mouse ears". Some have even leaves!
This aint no big news, i know... But every year when the winter is finally gone, we get very obsessed with the weather. Maybe becuase the sommer is so short up here, we just have to take every minute of the time and make it into something special.
What is special for us, is to get the boat ready for water. Since we bought it a year ago and it hadnt been that cared of by the former owners, there are things to fix. But its fun, and im so much looking forward to the time out on water, the time out on the islands...
If i close my eyes i can feel the wind, i can smell the water, i can see all the beauty in my mind...

To those of you who doesnt have access to my minds own pictures ;)
This is what i long for, here's my images...
